SLO® Hosts Food Drive Campaign at ISC-Erbil
One of the goals of the SABIS Student Life Organization® (SLO®) is to make the students aware of their responsibilities towards their community. This year, keeping up with tradition, the SLO® held the annual food drive for the Eid Al Adha. Students and their families generously donated non-perishable items that included - but were not limited to - blankets, flour, rice, oil and sugar. The items were bagged and then distributed to more than 400 families.
Accompanied by the Student Life Coordinator (SLC), 40 prefects visited the Xebal Refugee Camp where they met the families in need and handed them the donations.
