ISC-Erbil Prefects Welcome Students Back to School
Senior prefects from the SABIS Student Life Organization® (SLO®) at ISC-Erbil arranged an orientation session for Grade 2 students. The aim of this event was to welcome 2nd graders back to school after the summer vacation and to introduce them to their new surroundings. The prefects accompanied the students on an introductory walk throughout the campus pointing out various areas of interest including the cafeteria, library, gym, and soccer field. The prefects also explained the rules for the use of each facility.
This event is part of a new program launched this year at ISC-Erbil where a mentor is assigned to help new students settle in and familiarize themselves with their new environment.
The students were happy and found this event very beneficial.
