Dear Parent/Guardian,

It is that time of year again… Mark your calendars for the ISC-Erbil Annual Open House on Friday May 3rd... Come and join us for a fun filled day and make sure not to miss the special performance by GHINWA. 

Selling of tickets

  • To avoid long queues on the day we strongly recommend that you purchase your families’ tickets from school this week.  Tickets are 5,000 IQD per person
< >Tickets will also be sold at the gates on the day of the Open House. - No person (including students) will be allowed entrance without a ticket. Parking Area 1:  ISC-Erbil main gate, 150 meters before the gate you will see a banner indicating to turn right into the designated parking lot. Parking Area 2: ISC-Erbil back gate on the Mala Omar side.

 

Buses will shuttle all guests to the campus and back to the parking lots. The bus service will run the whole day to avoid any inconvenience.  All attending the day as guests will need to park off campus in the assigned parking areas mentioned above.

Gate Opening Time: The gates will open at 1pm and will close at 6:30pm.

Food, drinks and Games:  Only official Open House tickets will be accepted to purchase food, drinks and to participate in games. These tickets can be purchased from the Ticket Selling Points on campus.  Please note that no money will be accepted by vendors. 

Purchased tickets will NOT be refunded for money on the day.
